The STPS20L25CT is a dual centre-tab low-drop Schottky Power Rectifier suitable for SWITCHMODE™ power supply and high frequency DC to DC converters. It is especially intended for use as a rectifier at the secondary of 3.3V SMPS units.
- Very low forward-voltage drop for less power dissipation and reduced heat-sink
- Optimized conduction/reverse losses trade-off which means the highest efficiency
- Avalanche capability specified
