TSZ121IYCT is a TSZ121 high precision operational amplifier. It offers very low input offset voltages with virtually zero drift. It is the single version, with pinouts compatible with industry standards. This device offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 400KHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming less than 40µA at 5V. This device also feature an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the device ideal for sensor interfaces, battery-powered applications and portable applications. It is widely used in application such as battery-powered applications, portable devices, signal conditioning, medical instrumentation etc.
- Rail-to-rail input and output, slew rate is 0.17V/μs typical
- Low supply voltage is 1.8V to 5.5V, qualified for automotive application
- High tolerance to ESD: 4KV HBM, setting time is 50μs typical
- Input current is 10mA typical, input noise voltage is 60nV/√Hz typical
- Latch-up immunity is 200mA
- Input offset voltage is 1μV typical at (T = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage drift is 10nV/°C typical at (-40°C <lt/> T <lt/> 125°C)
