EGL41D-E3/96

The EGL41D-E3/96 is a surface-mount glass-passivated Ultra-fast Rectifier with moulded epoxy over glass body case and solderable matte tin-plated terminals. It has two bands indicate cathode end - 1st band denotes device type and 2nd band denotes repetitive peak reverse voltage rating. It is suitable for use in high frequency rectification and free-wheeling application in switching mode converters and inverters.
