EK-U1-VCU118-G-J is a Virtex™ UltraScale+™ FPGA VCU118 evaluation kit. It is the ideal development environment for evaluating the cutting-edge Virtex UltraScale+ FPGAs. Virtex UltraScale+ devices provide the highest performance and integration capabilities in a FinFET node, including both the highest serial I/O and signal processing bandwidth, as well as the highest on-chip memory density. This kit is ideal for prototyping applications ranging from 1+ Tb/s networking and data centre to fully integrated radar/early-warning systems.
- Dual 80-bit DDR4 component memory, RLDRAM3 (2x36-bit) memory
- Two QSFP+ interfaces, PCIe Gen3 x16 (VCCINT = 0.85V)
- VITA 57.4 FMC+ interface, VITA 57.1 FMC interface, Samtec FireFly interface
- Two 2.5GB DDR4 80-bit component memory interfaces (five [256 Mb x 16] devices each)
- 288MB 72-bit RLD3 memory interface comprised of two 1.125Gb 36-bit devices
- Dual 1Gb Quad SPI flash memory (BPI flash on pre-Rev. 2.0 boards)
- Ethernet PHY SGMII interface with RJ-45 connector
- Two Pmod 2x6 connectors (one male pin header, one right-angle receptacle)
- 17.59cm height, 0.1549cm thickness (±5%), 24.13cm length, 12V DC operating voltage
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to +45°C
