MKE16Z32VLD4 is a KE1xZ Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 5V mainstream MCU with NXP touch and CAN control. It features up to 96MHz Cortex-M0+ core supporting a broad range of processing bandwidth requirements while maintaining excellent cost-effectiveness, easy to use packages and a wide range of memory densities. The boot ROM provides on-chip boot code and serial port drivers that could save flash space and provide flexible boot options in system programming support.
- Enhanced robust IOs make sure the high performance under noisy environment
- Analog comparator for fast response to external analogue change
- FlexIO provides flexibility for serial communication interface implementation
- Supported by MCUXpresso SDK, IDE and config tools
- Voltage range from 2.7 to 5.5V
- 32KB flash memory
- 4KB SRAM memory
- 38 GPIOs, 38/6 GPIOs (INT/HD), 12 ADC channels
- 44-pin LQFP package
