제품 개요
MGJ6-HB series of DC to DC converters is ideal for simultaneously powering ‘high side’ and ‘low side’ gate drive circuits for IGBTs, silicon and silicon carbide Mosfets in half bridge circuits. The MGJ6-HB series is characterised for high isolation and dv/dt requirements commonly seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. Certified by UL60950-1, ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1.
- Input voltage ranges from 4.5 to 9VDC, rated output voltage is 24VDC
- Output current is 125mA, efficiency is 79.5%
- Characterised CMTI <gt/>100kV/μS
- Isolation voltage is 5.7kVDC (‘Hi Pot Test’)
- Operating temperature is ranges from -40 to 105°C
- Continuous barrier withstand voltage 3kVDC
