제품 개요
DQQ3-24-S5-S is a DQQ3-S series, 3W DC-DC converter module housed in a SIP package with a 4:1 input ratio. It is an ideal solution for consumer electronics, digital or analogue systems, and small-scale automation applications.
- Input voltage range from 9 to 36V DC (24V DC typ)
- Single output voltage of 5V DC and 600mA max output current
- 50mVp-p max ripple & noise (At full load, nominal input, 20MHz bandwidth oscilloscope)
- 500µs (max) transient response recovery and 100kHz min switching frequency (Vin nominal, full load)
- 1500V DC isolation
- Remote on/off control and no tantalum capacitor inside
- Continuous short circuit and input under voltage protection
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C and 95% operating humidity (non-condensing)
- Certified to EN/IEC 62368-1 and EN55032 Class A & Class B with external components
- Dimension: 0.86 x 0.36 x 0.44" [21.8 x 9.2 x 11.1mm] and non-conductive black plastic case material
