VQA3-S24-D15-S is a VQA3-S series 7-pin SIP isolated DC-DC converter designed for IGBT driver applications. Featuring dual unregulated outputs, an extended temperature range, 5000VDC isolation and high efficiency. This DC-DC converter is ideally suited to provide a fully isolated gate drive for wind turbine and solar panel applications. Certified by 62368 UL/cUL, designed to meet 62368, EN/IEC.
- Typical input voltage is 24VDC, output voltage is 15/-9.0VDC
- Maximum output current is ±100mA
- Typical efficiency is 82%
- Reinforced insulation, CMTI <gt/> 200 kV/µs
- Typical ultra-low isolation capacitance is 3.5pF, continuous short circuit protection
- Typical switching frequency is 200KHz (at full load, nominal input)
- Plastic, flame retardant and heat resistant material, natural convection cooling method
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
- Dimensions is 19.50 x 9.80 x 12.5mm
